When I taught kindergarten, we used to study patterns as part of our math lessons. Since then, I haven’t thought much about it until I started quilting. Now, I see patterns all around which is a good thing. Here are few rugs in motels.
The black and cream one looks like a Jacquie Gering slice and dice to me! Then, there is the wonky sofa!
And finally, the buildings in Chicago…
I guess I need to get quilting!
I should have known you taught kindergarten. I love you even more!
Yes, I taught the “rug rats” and loved every minute!
I also like to look around me – maybe I can find out there the ultimate quilt design!!
